SANDEZIA® ANTI-BACTERIAL DRYING POWDER is an antibacterial powder for drying bedding in livestock spaces. The formula works particularly well in damp rooms. It effectively dries damp bedding, preventing the conversion of urea into ammonia and the release of harmful gases. SANDEZIA maintains a low pH, limiting the development of pathogenic microorganisms. USAGE DIRECTIONS:
Sprinkle evenly over a surface in a ratio of 50 g/m2 (2 oz/10 sq. ft) once a week.
If you are using SANDEZIA for the first time, spread 50g/m2 (2 oz/10 sq ft) every day for the first three days, and then once a week. It can be used in the presence of animals. An adult handful contains about 50g (2 oz) of the substance.
For a better effect, apply 50 g/m2 (2 oz/10 sq ft) of the product onto the surface before laying the bedding, then sprinkle 50 g/m2 (2 oz/10 sq ft) on the bedding once a week.
In the case of higher disease risk, more frequent use of SANDEZIA, e.g. 2-3 times a week throughout the pen is recommended, especially in the vicinity where feed and water are administered.
SANDEZIA can be used as a “dry bath” of piglets immediately after birth. It supports and accelerates the healing of wounds and abrasions.
To paint walls and hard-to-access places with an aqueous suspension, dissolve the product in a solution of 1kg (2.20 lb) of powder per 1.5 liters (50.7 fl oz) of water. Usage is 1.5l/15m2 (50.7 fl oz/161 sq ft) across surface area.
